Graphing key metrics over time from GPS data. How has my avg. pace improved etc...

I have three years worth of GPS data (in .gpx format) that I would like to see a couple of really simple graphs that show how a couple of key metrics have performed over those three years.

I use Stava but it doesn't seem to analyze data in that way. I have also tried Smashrun which initially promising but didn't yield the results i was looking for.

In particular how has my avg. pace improved over 3, 5 and 10 miles etc...

Anyone have any suggestions for sites that do this kind of thing well (beyond parsing and graphing the data myself).

I'm not certain but this may help

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stravistix-for-strava/dhiaggccakkgdfcadnklkbljcgicpckn

It opens up a whole host of extra features on strava which help you analyse your training

If your data is in Garmin Connect, you can run reports that will present information like average pace, but to my knowledge, you cannot group activities based on specific distance groupings. You could use an advanced filter (based on your specific distance groupings) in the activities tab/window and then export the data to Excel/CSV and manipulate it any way you want in Excel.
