Hi my daughter is traveling to Australia as part of a exchange program, she has received susi for the last 2 years, does she still apply to susi so the college here receives the fees to keep her place available for next year, any advice would be grateful Thanks.

If the travel/exchange is not part of her course/studies and she is taking the time out of her studies to do the exchange, then you do not apply to SUSI.

Is the exchange part of the course?

Because she has received the required exam results she can go for a B A International degree which makes it a 4 year course

Sorry, but that still does not answer the question.

If it is not a part of the course, then you do not apply to SUSI.
If it is counted a year 3 and the course is covered by the college it may be covered by the Grant Assistance.

You should get the answer to this and then contact SUSI by email and ask them is the course/exchange covered. Unfortunately it is the awarding authority that makes the decision at the end of the day.

You should give as much information as possible as a vague question/response will only lead to many questions to and fro with no outcome.

The very best in their studies.
