Changing bmw run flat to standard

Have nct next week and need 4 new tyres and traction fixed.

I've heard that run flats cost around €200 each and I just can't afford that.

Is there any issue with nct if I get them replaced with standard tyres? Would they fail for not having a spare?

Does it affect the suspension or any other aspect of the car to change to standards?

No nothing has to be done.
Change the tyres and go to nct as normal.

You may want to look at provisions of you do get a puncture though, tyre weld, tyre foam etc etc
