    Short simple question:

Have decided to give up meat, but my cooking skills are pretty basic TBH.

Are there any Vegetarian friendly, beginerish, cooking courses anyone could recommend?

    Thanks

Cooks Academy have a one day course in September, it might be worth contacting them to see if they have anything else on in the meantime

I've done the one day course in the Cooks Academy & an evening class in the Dublin Cookery School - found both very good, and very different to each other, sadly both seemed to think Parmesan cheese was vegetarian, and the Dublin Cookery School had a recipe that included fish sauce, although when this was mentioned to them they showed us how to make the dish without it... That aside I learned a lot at both, and use some of the recipes from both regularly.
