Hi, I'm currently thinking about buying an apartment which is about 75sqm in size. It's build around 2006 but, as it was rented property for a long time, it needs quite a job done. If I decide to buy the apartment, I will need to get at least kitchen, bathroom, en-suite, paintings and maybe floors done. Would it cost a lot…

Hi,

I'm currently thinking about buying an apartment which is about 75sqm in size. It's build around 2006 but, as it was rented property for a long time, it needs quite a job done. If I decide to buy the apartment, I will need to get at least kitchen, bathroom, en-suite, paintings and maybe floors done. Would it cost a lot ? If I plan to spend about 10k on it, will I able to get most done ? Would you recommend any company can do the job ? How long would it normally takes ?
