Argos Oak Colour Matching?

Not sure if I'm in the right place, but we recently put wooden floors down in our living room, and luckily they were a fantastic match for our TV stand, which is no longer listed on their website. It was listed as oak in colour, and we'd like to pick up a new bookcase and coffee table to match. I was wondering if anyone knew off-hand if I can expect all Argos oak products to be reasonably close in colour, as obviously I can't take the TV stand with me to compare in-store, and pictures aren't really a great way to guess.

I wouldn't get too concerned about having the furniture match exactly. Sometimes having everything match exactly can be overpowering, better to choose things that complement rather than match.

That said have you tried Homebase. They're part of the same company as Argos and often sell the same furniture.

Definitely not looking exact matches per say, more that they don't look totally different. The room is very dark because of bad positioning of the windows so I've been trying to brighten it up - the TV stand is a very light sandy oak, but I know other oaks can be very dark. If that makes sense :pac:

    I haven't looked there, but I will!
