    I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla Verso.
The rear seat belts no longer retract with the strength they did.
The result is that they get caught when the rear doors are closed and mark the bodywork.
Is there any easy way to wind up the recoil springs? (and where are they?? !!)
    Thanks
    Ger

The belts are just sticky/dirty. Get some silicone spray from a motor factors and clean them with a cloth.

Tried that but no improvement. The belts were pretty clean anyway.
I think the spring needs to be tightened up.
Anyone know if that is a simple DIY job?
Where and how to access the spring?

    The seatbelt is not servicible.

Pay particular attention to the edges of the belt.
Did you use silicone spray as suggested?

Where the belt slides on the top hanger lift up the belt make sure its clean sprary plenty on silicone spray on it work it in and out dont be afraid to use plenty of silicone it wont stain clothes.

If that doesnt work you will need new seatbelts but it should do the trick.

Silicone spray is like using febreeze instead of washing your clothes. Wash the belts.
