    Trying to book one the other day. Due this month, earliest available is August. On the priority list now, it will be interesting to see when I get it.

    Go on to the NCT site after 1130pm or so, and check then. Every year I get a good appointment within days. Mine was only NCT'd last month, got a Saturday booking 4 days before online, no waiting just logged on late earlier in the week and had a good selection of bookings.

    I just got sent a priority booking. 26th June. Day 28 from the request for a booking.

    You are alowed to refuse two test dates, but must te accept the third. If yo really want to get the test for free, you could always tell them you cant make that date, might just push it out by a couple of days*





    *please note I am not suggesting that this is morally, ethically or otherwise correct, simply observing tat it is a possibility :D
