    Hi all,

I haven't been here in a long time so I don't know if anyone will remember me, but I have been involved in this MMA lark for a while now. More deails on request, this is not about me.

My good friend Gael Coadic is planning a trip to the south of Ireland, around the Cork area, the end of August and asked me to find out if there's any interest in a seminar in any clubs in the area. He's a 2nd degree black belt in BJJ from Gracie Barra, a European BJJ champion and has a slew of black belts in other martial arts including Full Contact kickboxing.
Gael is also a former member of the Gendarmerie Nationale and instructor in self-defense, defensive weapons (Tonfa, Taser etc) and projectile weapon (guns and the like) for the French Police.
He's the founder of a self-defense/MMA style called Bugei and has had a couple of students who have done very well in Pancrace and grappling and a couple more who were highly ranked at a European level in MMA.

If anyone is interested, please contact him directly on his Facebook page or reply here and I'll relay the message.

Seems I can't post the URL of his FB page because I'm a new user. Ah...
I guess I'll have to relay the message then.

    /gael.coadic

    Thanks
