Any Amex or Visa gift card. You can get them at Walmart or most other shops.

I want to use Parcel Motel for the first time for delivery. Already have a PM account. When entering the address on Amazon, does the PMID go on Address Line 1? and then 1A McKinney Rd on Address Line 2?
