    Hi,

    This is a specific enough question but I'm looking for an overview of how many tonnes of cheese, butter, powders, yoghurt etc we produce in Ireland per annum.

    Or alternatively what % of total milk pool is processed into what. I have tried the usual routes, IFA, dept of agri reports etc.

    I do know 10% of milk is actually then sold as liquid milk.

    Any help appreciated
