    Apparently its some sort of plastic sheeting for preventing vapour. Just need roughly 2 feet but around 7 feet max.

    id imagine they come in 10-50m rolls, i doubt they will cut 7 feet off for you. so you may have to get a full roll, the smallest one there shouldnt cost too much, you can get smallest ones and may need to overlap.
