Thai Coin

I have an old Thai coin and I was told that if it's an original coin it could be worth a lot of money. It's a Rama V ( 5th King highly revered) silver 1 baht coin with 3 elephants on the reverse side. I was also told If authentic I should try and sell in Foreign market (Out side Thailand) which doesn't make sense to me because of the history involved is not much known outside Thailand.

Anyone know much about dealing in foreign coins?

I'm very skeptical, but I want to get it checked anyway.

    Thanks in advance

This is the same coin in question.
