44 & at a career crossroads!!

I'm 44 now and really want to change the area I'm in. I've got IT and Customer Support background but really its difficult to find part time work in these areas..I've kids so can only do part time. I was thinking I might re-train and move into another area...but really my head is cabbaged thinking about all the options.…
