Registration Certificate change of ownership query

Selling on a van and he wants it in his company name, I rang up the dept. of transport today and the lady I was talking to said to use the company name as new owners signature and in print side also. She got a bit snappy when I asked her was she sure.
Am I right in thinking to leave first name blank, put in company name in surname and use company name as new owner in signature and block capitals sections?

Put in name of company as stated on document and for name get new owner to sign it let them worry about that.
Make a copy of log book/vlc take a picture or scan and you have proof of sale.
