Hi I am just wondering can anyone recommend any good natural remedies for Irritability or Mood Swings? I am taking a Vit B Complex mix at the moment and also going to see someone, its just to help along the way.

    Any advise would be appreciated

I assume by going to see somebody you mean that you're going to a therapist who might be able to help you get to the bottom of this stuff? It can be really helpful.

A visit to your doctor would be important, they can do some blood tests to make sure that there's no health issue causing your problems.

The lifestyle/natural stuff that can help: exercise is great to balance and raise your mood levels, try to get out for at least a brisk walk every day. Something a bit more vigorous a couple of times a week.

Meditation, even just 10 minutes a day, can really help with moods too, it will help you feel more calm and balanced. Maybe learn a very basic meditation technique on the breath, or listen to a guided meditation for relaxation every day. I need to stress that you need to practice it every day, as without a regular practice the health and mood benefits are kind of lost.

Make sure that you're eating regularly, blood sugar swings because you're skipping meals or eating a lot of sugary/junk foods, can be a big culprit for mood swings.

Sleep! Get as good quality sleep as you can.
