    So - I take from that you're back on the smokes?
    Look - that's ok if so, it's just a setback. Quitting is obviously in your mind, and that's a positive step towards a cigarette free goal.
    Every attempt is a good thing. If you can get through 4 days, you know you can do more that that. Good luck.
