Studied Poetry Question

If anyone can tell me if this is right/wrong it would be great.

I have studied 2 Seamus Heaney poems for the JC: Digging and Mid Term Break. I would prefer writing on Mid Term Break as I find it easier to learn and write about. My english teacher says we should pick another poem as "half the country" will write on mid term break. Should I stick to the poem I find easiest or should I try to be different to what the majority of people would answer on?

    Thanks

If you feel confident with 'Mid Term break' use it.
There's an element of truth in what your teacher says, but it's way too late in the game to be changing things now.
