Basically I need a machine that'll be good for programming, not just frontend stuff. 99% backend while running servers locally etc. Don't care about being able to play games, just need a fast quick machine for coding.

Wouldn't mind an i7 if possible! Budget is about 600 or so. Can't spot anything really worth buying just yet. Would love an SSD but I know that'll be pushing my luck I'd say.

Buy a used ThinkPad on Adverts.

Best keyboard on laptops.
