Have backed 3 tomorrow that I think are well in and a bit of value.

16 25 Leicester Expensive Taste. Won at Galway last year off a mark of 70. Has been running at distances far from ideal of late. Kirby booked and headgear on are positives. First time back on turf on good ground over 7f since winning in Galway. Runs off 57 tomorrow and the 16s available with PP looks generous 2 pts win.

18 00 Leicester Illustrious Prince. Has won races on turf off 75 72 and 69 including last June off 72 here at Leicester last run here ran well when finishing 4th off current mark of 68. Think the 8/1 is a decent price. 2 pts win.

14 35 Lingfield Saskia's Dream Has won over course and Distance off 68. Some respectable form recently when finishing 3rd twice. Runs tomorrow off 55 well drawn and it seem a very winnable race. 8/1 looks decent value. 2 pts win.

I see PCs pick from last week Dimitar runs at Lingfield tomorrow. It seems to be a track he doesn't run well at so will leave him. PC any thoughts?

7:40 Carlisle ASSAULT ON ROME has finished last in her two runs this season beaten over 30L each time, but there is an excuse for her last run at Ripon over 10F where her saddle slipped. She finished last on her first run last year but won next time out over 6 ½F on soft going. Her next run was at Kempton where she finished 4 ½ L behind Limato who is now on a BHB of 115 where the 2nd and 3rd that day are now rated 92 and 101. Assault On Rome runs off 74 here which looks very generous.

Franny Norton is back on board after finishing 3rd on the two occasions he was on board last year one a listed race and the other a nursery at Newmarket where she was beaten 1 3/4 L behind the J Gosden trained Kasb who ended 2014 on a BHB of 95. Back down to 5F here, suited by soft going, draw 1 which is not an issue a favourable rating and at 16/1 is worth a bet.

Others I think have their right conditions and are overpriced...

    Windsor 5:55

Whatdoiwantthatfor, Maiden horse who went for a hefty sum when bought and Hannon has had some nice first entries this year.

Got it at 11/2 now looking at 5/1, expect it to go down closer to race time.

It is "vitally important" that the race caller(Dessie) gets the name of the horse right.
Particurlarly when there isn't one called "totally dominant" in the race

Nice reappearance from Anthem Alexander there and what a drift too

Very impressive given the drift, fact that two rivals were both well backed and likely aversion to ground. Looks like one to follow.

Dinkum Diamond at 33/1 in the 7:25 is the value bet of the night for me. Very rarely puts in a bad performance at listed level and I would hope it would be going close this evening.
