Cost of replacing wooden sliding doorway to garage

I rent a terraced house with a garage building at the back, which opens to a laneway/passage.
There is a 7 ft x 10ft doorway with an old wooden sliding door. The wood is old and nailed shut.
Has anyone any knowledge of the cost of replacing such a door. The frame will also have to be repaired as it's beginning to rot.

    thanks

depends how it hung, top bottom or well?
perhaps a steel frame with timber fixed on would be better
However such a door is inherently not secure, especially in a laneway passage way

It's hung on the top. A steel frame would be better. Last summer it almost went on fire due to kids smoking and tossing the ends next to it.
