Does combining engines like this just give you more torque?

    Depending on the way you wire up multiple batteries you can go for more voltage or more capacity at original voltage.

    More torque will give more horsepower. Double the force at the same RPM will theoretically double the horsepower.

    So how is the power distributed to the drive shaft given that the chainsaws parts wouldn't be able to deal with all that torque?
