Painting new house

Just looking for a rough price on painting a 4 bed semi. The house is a 2 storey with a dormer so effectively 3 storey. These are the dimensions for a similar house in the estate so I'm guessing they will be fairly close:

    Entrance Hallway 6'6" x 16'4" -
    Sitting room 14'9"x 16' -
    Kitchen -
    Utility 4'11" x 4'11" -
    Dining Room 13'1" x 11'1" -
Sunroom 7'10" x 11'1" - Velux windows over sunroom area
    Downstairs WC 4'11 x 4'11" -

    Bedroom 1 15'5" x 11'5" -
    Ensuite 6'10" x 4'11" -
    Bedroom 2 12'5" x 9'6" -
    Bedroom 3 7'6" x 11'9" -
    Bathroom 8'6" x 5'6" -
    Bedroom 4 Master on top floor 13'1" x 15'5" -
    Ensuite 8'6" x 4'11" -
    Walk in Wardrobe - 4'11" x 6'6"

It is a new house so has never been painted before so the price would need to include any primer or undercoats, sanding, skirting, doors and a stain on the stairs.
I know its probably not that easy to quote it without actually seeing it but a rough estimate is all I'm looking for for now.

It's very hard to give a price just by giving measurements.
Painter will need to see the rooms, check out the walls, see what might need filling/smoothing, etc.
And it's a lot easier and quicker for a painter to see the potential work first.
Most painters give free estimates, too, so just go with that.

I know it's difficult to quote it without seeing it but just looking for a very rough idea..to the nearest €500 even.

    You're asking an impossible question.
Painters don't work like that. They need to see the house, get the feel of it, see what needs doing.
Giving measurements isn't going to be enough.

Ok thanks. To be honest most of the painting has already been done by a relative but having issues with him changing his original quote halfway through so just trying to get an idea of what I should be paying as he's not the most trustworthy person in the world. It would be difficult to get a painter in to quote it at this stage so thought someone here might be able to guestimate it.

Of course you can get a painter in to quote the rest of the job...that's no hassle. And yeah, it's usually a bad idea to get a relative to do the work...always awkward if things go wrong.
Ring a few local painters and they'll pop out to you and give you a quote quickly. Honestly it's the only way.

You're not wrong about it being a bad idea to get a relative to do it but can't change that now.
Probably should've just a couple of quotes in the beginning anyway so I'll look into doing that now. Thanks
