Our team is looking to improve next year and we are looking at improving the discipline by introducing team rules with a fine going into a team fund for the end of the season. Has anybody and experience of this? Is it worth doing? What other punishments can we have if lads are unemployed or don't drink?

Team captain can post whatever he likes to player's Facebook and it must stay there for 24 hours.
