    Hi all,
Was just looking for opinions.... Is it a good idea to exercise over the next three weeks of exams(or would it take up too much study time?) and if so what type of exercise, for how long and how regularly?
If any past LC students have opinions from experience please do contribute! :)
    Thanks

Yes, it is, and I would suggest if possible in the open air (if this damn rain goes away!). Both the exercise and the open air will help to clear your head, help reduce stress, help you sleep, etc.

It doesn't have to be a whole lot, even 20-30 mins *brisk* walking (not slouching home from school chatting to the mates ;)) will do the job, or go for a run if you do that, or whatever suits yourself really.
