Alternative to OneNote for Mac OS X.

Hi guys, working on a project for work, and I'm looking for an alternative to Microsoft OneNote that's compatible for Mac OS X. Ideally has to be offline and not store any data online due to the nature of the work. Any suggestions on a program? thanks in advance!

There is a official OneNote build available for Macs here. No idea how it compares to the Windows version.

Sadly I can't use Onenote as it stores information online.
