Good try from Saracens. Far too easy from Bath in defence following loose kick from Ford.

Saracens line speed is shutting down Ford, Eastmond and Joseph at the moment.

Should have been 14-0 there. Lovely kick from Farrell, awful judgement from Banahan and Strettle spills a near certain 7 pointer from his hands.

near 20 stone hooker outpacing bath backline from 30 metres.

And there's the second try. Bad execution under pressure from Bath midfield there and George with ridiculous pace from 40m out to run it in.

Bath are completely rattled and appear to be bottling the final a bit here.

It was sensational pace. Joseph gained about 2 yards on him in that entire time.

watson gone after HIA. poor officiating from barnes and TMO. McGrath got binned on thursday after TMO intervention. Farrell lucky to get away with it

15-0 now after Saracens scrum demolishes Bath's not for the first time. If Bath don't get the next score, this could be game over after 30 minutes.

Great try by George, hilarious seeing a fella with a gut shift through the gears so quick.

It must be the first premiership final in years that isn't sold out however there's been that many events in May in twickenham (plus a north London club in the FA cup final) it's hardly suprising.

Sarries suffocating the life out of Bath

Penalty right call against Goode there but don't think it could be anything else. It's almost borderline for a penalty...he was coming across to make the tackle and no way he couldn't come into contact with the man. If he kept his arm down he might have got away with it.

Good to see Bath come to life finally. Bit of individual brilliance from Rokoduguni to stand Wyles up and go around him within the 5m line

Reverse angle cleary showed he stepped into him imo.

He did but my point is he he probably couldn't not step into him. He was sprinting across as a full back and the carrier then chipped him. If he was being deliberately cynical he would have tackled the man. Penalty was right call but how deliberate is open to interpretation.

some sequence of play, great score

3rd try following sensational piece of skill from David Strettle.

You'd have to think that's the game right there. Bath have been completely second best up front and their attacking game has been completely lacking aside from individual moments of elusiveness.

    22-3 after 33 minutes.

    25-3....stick a fork in this.

I'll catch the result later! Hopefully Bath make a real game of it in the second half.

Ford failing to impose himself on this game. Sarries suffocating Bath at source every time. Hard to see how Bath will get back into this now.

Real lack of composure from Bath there, their changes aren't having the envisioned impact.

The changes have helped the scrum, but at the sacrifice of the line-out.

The press here seem to be suggesting it'd be quite likely for him to be cited.

will be interesting to see how his ban stacks up compared to the one dished out to nick williams

I just watched it back and it's not that bad, prob in the yellow card area but not red.

red for me. very similar to the red in the cardiff-leinster game earlier this year. Watson was pretty much standing up straight and Farrells forearm connected with the side of his head. Watson went off not long after.

On sky they said Owen Farrell was cited after the game over the incident and it was deemed a yellow card offence meaning it will have no further complications.
