When the bales are wrapped here it's usually a few hours before anyone gets here to draw them and the crows wreck them.
Anyone have any effective way of getting rid. No obe around to shoot them

Tried that alright but we wouldn't really have the time go be going around putting grease on the bale.
See myself and the guy wrapping would be a few hours ahead of the lads drawing in usually
Besides it softens the plastic a wild amount in that spot.

Get the wrapper driver to bunch them as much as poss and as near to a ditch as poss.Tail paint bottle filled with white emulsion and scrawl some eyes on as many as poss .
After all that you may have to attend to only half of them :(

Seagulls come in here and they just fritter bales :(:(

The only answer is to draw them in straight away, every other solution will take time to do,and that's kinda pointless

Been there done that complete waste of time and grease  I even stood them on end so that they wouldn't be able to break through the extra layers, they pecked all around the bale at the top and walked around them on the ground pecking at them

Savagely expensive but they do work.

I baled Monday. Put on 2 dabs of grease. Checked this morning and not a hole to be seen.

Waste of time my neighbour has one when the crows get used to it they will land right down beside it. It's supposed to cover 15 acres
