Do Jobbridge schemes legally have to be advertised as a full job beforehand?

I have indeed.ie email alerts about jobs every day in my inbox, and there's been a few jobs that are delisted even when I click on them the day of their posting. The one I'm looking at now is a cleaner job from an email today that's already been removed from FÁS, but Indeed keeps its syndicated copy.

Is there some worked-around rule about having to had offered a jobbridge as a proper job beforehand?

Yeah, I would have thought the opposite actually!
