Lads any recommendations on seat posts, stems and handlebars. I have been looking at them for a while now but there are that many options I don't know where to start. I have a bianchi sempre pro so I would like to keep the seat post, stem and handlebars italian (well italian brand that no doubt are made in china). 3T are Italian? My current handlebars, seat post etc will be going onto a new winter frame.

edit: Forgot to say I am looking to make the bike lighter with these changes so carbon is probably my best bet.
