I recently gave my mother a gift voucher but she can't use it because it has my name on it.
Has anyone any experience of this or know if it is possible to get the name on the voucher changed?
She really wanted to book something this weekend but won't be able to do so if the voucher can't be changed.

Doesn't look like there' anything you can do, can only be used by the person who they were issued to and you also can't change the name once the booking has been made.
    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can be redeemed here on www.ryanair.com.
    • Any unused gift voucher balances will be reissued to the voucher recipient as a new voucher with the original expiry date applicable.*
    • A €2/£2 (or local currency equivalent) administration fee applies.
    • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the voucher issue date and can be redeemed here on www.ryanair.com. The validity of the gift vouchers cannot be extended.
    • Gift vouchers are issued in the following denominations €25/ €50/ €75/ €100 /€125 /€150 /€175 /€200 or local currency equivalent.
    • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.
    • Gift vouchers are valid for use by the voucher recipient only and their name must be first one entered during the flight booking process.
    • A maximum of 4 gift vouchers can be used per booking, if the total flight price exceeds the value of the gift voucher(s) any price difference can be paid with by credit/debit card or with PayPal.
    • Gift vouchers can be used as payment for flights, travel insurance and associated taxes, fees and charges (not car hire or hotel bookings).
    • Passenger name changes are not permitted if a booking has been paid for using a gift voucher.
    • Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with Ryanair and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract and these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
