Pension Adjustment order

Solicit away for 6 weeks and just informing HR in work of my new divoced status. Nominated beneficieries are now my children. I will give them a copy of my divorce order - states section 18 (10) of the FL Act.

however, there is no mention of a pension adjustement order in the divorce yet there was in an earlier (last year) judicial separation order.

does the divorce mean the PAO is not necessary and that my pension will automatically go to the beneificeries?
    thanks in advance.

Ask you solicitor when he comes back. But I think it means that the pension adjustment order which was already made still stands (unless the later divorce order explicitly revokes it?)
