    Hey all,
    Anybody recommend a good book, website or whatever to help build up knowledge on aptitude testing? There is probably different types for different jobs, but in my case ill be applying for Aer Lingus Cadetships and id like to try and do well on the initial aptitudes if i get that stage.
    Any tips at all, someone with previous experience on this aptitude test. Thanks :)

    I used JobTestPrep.co.uk, its pretty comprehensive but you do have to pay to get some of the decent packs. I did feel myself getting cleverer after doing it as there is great explanations. There are some free sites but not quite as good imo.

    Maybe you would be better asking in the aviation and aircraft forum about this.
