Our 2005 Citroen C8 was on the school run approx 3 miles each way, on return leg it started blowing lot of white smoke out of exhaust and loss of power. Car starts but runs like its on 3 or bad diesel knock. Mechanic said injectors gone so went to injector specialist, no faults with injectors and all well within specs.
Code reader has no faults either.
White smoke is diesel smelling. No blue smoke or black.
Sniff test done for head gasket.

Anybody have experience of this or any ideas before i start throwing money at mechanics??

Turbo leaking oil into exhaust will make white smoke.

Keep your eye on fluid levels increase oil consumption turbo low coolant level HG
