    hi guys,

here is strange one. there is excessive amounts of water coming from the black pipe that comes out of your back garden roof. The water is loud and has started to erode the concrete when it splashes.

I've attached a pic that will hopefully explain it better than I ever could. My mam says its coming from the attic, can anyone shed some light on my situation

It's the attic tank overflowing I think. Mihht need to get someone to take a look. Handy enough to fix. Leave the bath tap running a tiny bit to stop it.

Call a plumber, it is the overflow pipe from your attic tank, it could be a faulty ballcock or possibly a leak in your coil in the hot water tank baking up into your attic tank. Either way it is like having a tap constantly running so if you were paying for metered water it would be costing quite a bit of money

Go up and check the ball cock as it could be stuck in the open position letting water in, it happened to me a few days ago as well. I took it was a sign to replace it.

There are two tanks with ballcocks in the attic one for the taps and one for the heating system - it could be either
