Bleeding tongue

Middle of tongue is bleeding after brushing teeth (and tongue). Feels sore all the time for the last few days. Appears whitish running down the middle but no lump. Feels uncomfortable when I swallow. Any ideas what's going on?

Get this checked out asap. Could be a number of things, maybe some thrush who knows. Best get it seen to immediately.
