Hi guys I checked my tyres two weeks ago and my pressure was low so I pumped them up one of those preset pumps

but two weeks later the two in the back were at 13 the front tyres were fine
I can't see anything in the tyres

any clues would I not have put it in correct the first time thanks

If you pumped the back two a week ago and they are now soft again , then that is most unusual - unless you backed into a bed of nails , builders rubble, etc.
I suggest that you pump them up again and observe the profile of the tyre where it meets the ground and see how they behave for over the following few days. . Also press in the wall of tyre with your knuckled index finger to get a 'feel' of how hard a pumped up tyre is.
When pumped up, check that the tube valve is not leaking by putting a bit of spit on it and see if it bubbles.
Any chance a 'friend ' of yours let out some air?
If they go flat again and the valves are not leaking then you have a puncture or your friend has been back again

If your tyres are tubeless and you , for example ,hit a kerb hard hard , you could have damaged the rim and cause air to leak down to a lower pressure
