    Probably wrong forum to ask..

Thought there was a 'talk to' eflow forum?

Anyhow I will ask here and maybe someone will move to the correct place...

I phoned eflow this morning as my direct debit always comes out of my account around the 17th of the month... I wanted to change this by a couple of days so it would come out after the 20th... every other company i have ever dealt with has been able to do this for me... but eflow tell me they cant? That their billing period is set and cant be changed?

I asked could i come off direct debit and move to manual payment and that's not an option either...

Any had this issue and been able to resolve?

    Cheers,
    Mick

Yep they only bill on that date, bizarre

If you want to pay by direct debit it has to be on that date

    Stupid system
