Looking for advice

I'm seriously thinking of giving up the schmokes - and this time for good!!!
Want to go down the vaping route, but have no idea about what I should be looking for.

I had one before, but i found myself constantly charging it ( needed about 6 hours to charge, and was only able to use it for about the same amount ), and I eventually lost interest.

Looking to buy a complete starter kit, so any advice on brands etc would be great!!

Thanks for that, think i'll go for a 30w istick as opposed to 20w.
Reading other threads, it seems to be the starter kit of choice.

Any recommendations on where are the best sites to buy from ?

I would recommend thebestshop.eu or esmokeireland.eu . Both are competitive on price and offer next day delivery. Use codes "IRISHVAPE" for tbs and "BOARDS" for esmoke. They give 10% off

Stupid question.... What is the difference/benefit of getting a 30w not a 20w?

Build quality, expecially where you screw on your atomiser.
The 20w has weak threads and you have to be very careful when screwing anything on or you can damage the threads on the iStick.
Apparently they fixed that issue on the 30 and 50w offerings.
I have two 20w's myself and yeah, one of them is starting to lose its threads now, after 6-8 months of use.
Might be a future project for me to replace the connection with something more sturdy.

Its perfectly fine other than the htreads, just be real careful and gentle when screwing on your atomiser. Be 100% sure you have caught the thread you know?

You'll get an adapter and beauty ring with the nautilus and istick. You screw the adapter in to the istick threads, then you'll only have to remove the clearo from the adapter which should save the threads some hassle.

Not gonna lie there was a lot of lingo there that went over my head, also the ring part made me snigger (yes I'm that immature!) but I'm sure it'll come together when I see it

So, this is what I'm about to pull the trigger on. Total is € 74 ( bestshop.eu with discount ) Hope it does the trick this time - keeping me off the smokes.
Seems there's e liquid on here for about € 3 / 4, is it any bit decent or what, are the €15 ones much better?

    30W Eleaf iStick Full Kit

    Eleaf GS-Air Replacement Head

    10ml LIQUA eLiquid

Flavor : Traditional Tobacco, Strength : STRONG -

    10ml eLiquid PG X 2

    Flavor : Marlboro / USA Mix, Strength : 24mg

    Eleaf GS-Air Clearomizer X 2

I'd say throw a bottle of sweet liquid in too in case you hate the tobacco.

You upgraded well, regarding the liquids you chose, you have gone down the same route that I went nearly 6 years ago,I tried my best to replace the coffin nails with tobacco flavours like USA Mix & Cuban & they didn't taste anything like the nails. It was a German mate that put me onto vaping & he told me that I will soon get fed up with tobacco flavours,he suggested fruits, menthol & minty flavours,of course,I thought how the fukc can I drag a fruit & laughed at the whole idea, but the tobacco flavours at 24mg & 36mg got me off the nails with no bother at all.
The hardware we had back then was schit but todays hardware is fantastic & maybe those tobacco flavours will work better with your new hardware, good luck with it.
I vape custard puddings now,so that must get a laugh from other newbies:D:D

I think everyone goes down that route, trying to replace tobacco with tobacco.
I'm the same as you were then, when I was looking at what e liquid to get, was thinking to myself how the fcuk do people vape on strawberry or apple ?!!!

I've tasted a few of the modern tobacco liquids recently and despite my hating tobacco even when I smoked it (I had to smoke menthols) the standards of the flavours has really improved.
I'd go try out a shop that has a great selection of samples and then pick a liquid you like.
