If you owe a drug dealer money and he gets "hit"is the debt wiped or is there a hierarchy of debt collectors?
I know the big guys will have others to take over but what about the run of the mill middle man?

I do not take illegal drugs to know, I am sure his associate will know and will ask you for the money you owe.

Nah the debt is passed over to one of his associates. They will collect the money and add a bit on for themselves

Suppose it depends on the dealer. If it's your local neighbourhood friendly guy that just gets it for himself and a few mates, i'd imagine there is no heirarchy. But the more seasoned veterans may have some system in place which may allow someone else to follow up.

The most likely outcome is that the person the dealer bought from will come around asking family for the money he owes them, part of which would be what you owe the dead dealer, but he may never know that!

    There's a thing called a tick book/tick list.
Might be highly sought after by associates on premature demise of owner. And they will most certainly collect.

Unless its someone high up and you owe big money eg 4 figures at least not a hope will it pass on. Owe 3 or 400 quid and just be glad they're dead and forget about it.

The executor of the deceased's will usually sorts this stuff out.

I always pay on delivery. Fuk this getting a bag on tick bs. Honestly, it'd be great to see some financial regulation of the drug industry.

Everyone always asks questions on boards regarding a "friend"

From my experience no dept will get wiped out. The money owed is logged in the "little black book" in case he gets hit. Remember his dept still remains even if he lost everything.

So he will have a second in command, and no matter how small this guy will come a calling. And as someone said above he will add his own charge onto this.

So, be ready but do seek him out.

Debt collection agencies buy debts at a discount. They don't collect the money on behalf of their client because they don't have a client. You now owe them the money and they are out of pocket. Unless you have a legal out the sooner you pay up the less "collection fees" they can charge you.

Of course there aren't any legal outs for drug debts or loan sharks.

Just to be clear, if you lose...

...you're gonna owe a lot of money

to the kind of men you do not want to owe
the smallest amount of money to.
