I have a Samsung Digital TV which has started flashing intermittently, has anyone else had these problems, and does this signify that it needs to be replaced, or is the problem fixable. I have a Samsung Digital TV which has started flashing intermittently, has anyone else had these problems, and does this signify that it needs to be replaced, or is the problem fixable.
