Tubridy and The Louise McSharry show are the only two shows left on the weekday schedule without a co presenter.

Didn't you know, it livens it up, keeps it fresh, makes it super exciting for us listeners.

Jobs for the boys, and girls. Some of the co-presenters add nothing at all. Or very little.

Maybe I'm just getting old and am not into all the wackiness that needs to happen on the radio, but my favourite show to listen to is the John Creedon Show. Says it all really. Top quality radio, little waffle, great music. Isn' t that what radio is meant to provide?

When you consider that nearly all of them have multiple other staff between research and production its becoming ridiculous. There's shows on local stations with almost as large audiences that are done by one person - in their entirety.

A lot of shows on 2FM have a "Morning Zoo Crew" feel.

It's why their ratings are plummeting. Unlistenable drivel.

"Ha, ha. Maybe if we have a enough funny voices, sleb gossip, music beds, text/phone topics that have been on the go since the 80's and sponsored giveaways then people won't realize this is utterly terrible radio! Ha, ha!"

Since Pat and Elaine came off mornings, 98FM's audience have slowly declined. Discuss :)

I don't get why every radio presentor try's to be a comedian. Do they really think they are that funny? Their co presenters laughing really loudly trying to convince you it's funny.

Far to much talking in general on most radio stations these days.

    Except talk radio.

2FM is unbearable. Trying to copy the BBC and making a balls of it.

I only listen to radio for the presenters personalities and chat. Most chart music is either ****e or played to death anyway. If I want to listen to music I'll use iTunes or a CD. :)

Do kids even listen to radio anymore?
    I assume it's 2FM's target audience.

Nobody charismatic enough to carry an engaging show on their own lol. Why do people even still listen to radio, or more specifically Irish radio? So many better options available nowadays.
