UPC ubee WIFI always cutting off

    Hello,

    I'am a new UPC customer and I have what it seems terrible problem with my Wifi.

    First I would like to say that when I'm plugged with an ethernet cable, there is no cut off and I reach easily my 125mbps

    But when I use the Wifi... dear god

    - in 2.4Ghz, I have never seen this, every 4-5 minute the connection just hangs, and pages get 3hour to load... i have tried with all the canal. all the same ****

    - in 5Ghz, now yes, Wifi is almost has good as with ethernet but..... when all my family is connected (laptop + phone) so maybe 6 devices.. the Wifi signal just DISAPPEAR !

    Here it's my system as mention on the admin panel:
