    Does the CSCU reply to emails or messages sent through their "contact us" page on their website?

    It proves difficult to get hold of them on the phone too.

    Anyone any experience with the Civil Service Credit Union in this regard?

    Yeah they dont answer emails and rarely answer calls. Best to call in if you can.
