Website to Send sms messages?

I tried a couple but couldn't find one that sends to irish numbers, i'd prefer one that shows a random number, or a name instead of a number, as i want to send it like they send messages from restaurants with good deals to your number if you signed up for it (but im sending this to a friend)

Maybe you can send it form hangouts or skype though these will show a number but it wont be an irish one
