Thinking of going to canada later on this year. Would like to know what EI service is like on this route. IE the aircraft, food, drinks service, seating config. Any info would be appreciated!

Seating is 3-3
Aircraft is B757.
IFE is individual screens.
Food/drink is the same as other EI transatlantic service.

I did DUB - YYZ last year and would have no problem doing it again. Service an entertainment is a good as you'd expect from EI.

The only difference is that there is no WiFi on the B757 but the IFE selection is more than good enough to pass the time.
