    Wanted: Space for a professional band to rehearse & pre-produce and album before recording.

    Secure Shed / Disused: Office / Shop / House / School / Cottage Anything Similar Considered

    Will pay monthly rent.

    Band need to leave gear permanently set up.

    Rehearsals would take place evenings & Weekends.

    Professional outfit, no messing.

    Band based in Dundrum / Ballinteer / Sandyford / M50 Dublin area. Nearby would be great.

    Southside anywhere. Or near Monkstown where our producer is. Or near ballymount or cherrywood or sandyford because M50 access is good too.
