Hi all Heading down to Crookhaven this weekend and wondering if its ok to camp down there? Any tips for the area? I will have a small tent and just looking for a spot away from the road so not to get any hassle. Thanks

Legalities aside, people sometimes pitch tents overlooking the inlet before Crookhaven and also in the dunes at nearby Barleycove.

No problem. I take it that you know that the whole area will be very busy on the June weekend, although perhaps somewhat less so than otherwise, with rain forecast.
