    Hi,

There has been a hive of bees in the eave of our roof for a few years. They haven't cause much problem until now. We have two small children in the house now and Saturday they were swarming a lot.

I need to get rid of the hive and I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice on this? They are bees and not wasps.

    Thanks in advance,
    Gary

Are they Honey Bees or Bubble Bees? Honey Bees are protected and you can get Bee Keepers to relocate the hive if they are Honey Bees.

    Hi logik,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Do you mean bumble bees? If so they are definitely honey bees. I looked at that thread but I don't want to be grave digging that thread.

Thank you, I might try to contact some of those users directly.
