Hi all, had my independent medical nearly 3 weeks ago and emailed the solicitor about a week ago but still haven't heard anything back from him. Can anyone speak from personal experience regarding how long things take from here? I know every case is different.

    Thanks :D

Had mine start of March, still waiting for an update from PIAB. Solicitor has been on to them but it depends on how complicated your case is. They can hold onto it for up to a year after lodging the claim so it depends on when you had yours lodged.

    Patience....and lots of it....

Oh god. It was about August last year I got my first letter from the injuries board. Feels like it's been dragging in forever but I guess it's a waiting game

It was many months after the medical report in my case. The whole process took 2 years.
